What music does SoulfulRadio play?
SoulfulRadio streams the Club & Soulful House channel — a 24/7 mix of soulful house, deep house and club music. All tracks are original productions from MF-Records and Soulful-Cafe, produced since 1999. Artists include Ted Peters, Afrogarde, Dance Soulution, Soulful Cafe, TM Grooves, JaBig, Soul-Ty and many more.
Is SoulfulRadio free to listen to?
Yes — completely free. Just open the SoulfulRadio player and press play. No account, no registration, no credit card. The business music subscription via XS-4 is only needed for commercial use in venues.
Can I listen from anywhere in the world?
Yes. SoulfulRadio streams worldwide via Bunny CDN — a global content delivery network that ensures fast, stable playback whether you're in Europe, North America, Asia or anywhere else. There are no geographic restrictions.
Who is behind SoulfulRadio?
SoulfulRadio is operated by Soultymedia SL, based in Roses, Spain. All music is produced in-house by founder Ted Peters under the labels MF-Records, Soulful-Cafe, Groovetto and Deephouse Amsterdam. Ted has been producing music since 1999 — over 45,000 studio hours and 3,250+ original tracks.

Can I legally play SoulfulRadio music in my business?
SoulfulRadio is a free personal radio stream — it is not licensed for commercial playback in venues. For legal business use, subscribe to XS-4 Business Audio which gives you a full commercial licence for the same music, starting from €6/month.
Do I need to pay ASCAP, BMI, PRS or SGAE if I use XS-4?
No. Every track in the XS-4 library is an original composition owned entirely by Soultymedia SL. There are no third-party rights holders. Your subscription covers full commercial use in any country — no ASCAP, BMI, PRS, SGAE, SOCAN, APRA or any other performing rights fees, ever.
How much does XS-4 Business Audio cost?
Plans start from €6/month (billed annually at €72/year) for a single store with one streaming zone. Multi-zone plans for hotels and restaurants with up to 3 simultaneous zones start from €15/month. What is a streaming zone?
A zone is one area within your location playing music independently. For example: a hotel lobby, a spa and a restaurant are three separate zones. The Single plan covers one zone. The Multi-Zone plan covers up to three zones within the same location, each playing a different channel simultaneously if desired.
Can I use it in multiple locations?
Yes. The Enterprise plan covers unlimited locations under one company account — one login, one invoice to head office. Ideal for hotel chains, retail groups, restaurant franchises and any business with multiple sites. Contact XS-4 for a custom quote.
What proof of licence do I get?
Every invoice from Soultymedia SL includes a formal licence confirmation with your company name, address and licence period. This document is fully valid as proof of rights and can be presented to any performing rights organisation or authority upon request.
How is XS-4 different from Spotify for Business?
Spotify for Business still requires you to hold a separate performing rights licence for commercial use — they do not cover those fees. XS-4 music is entirely royalty-free: no additional licensing costs anywhere in the world. Additionally, XS-4 music is produced specifically for business environments with professional programming by channel type.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Yearly plans are billed annually and do not offer partial refunds, but you can choose not to renew. Switch from monthly to yearly at any time from your account dashboard.

What devices does the player work on?
Any device with a modern browser — laptop, tablet, smart TV, media player, Android or iOS. Delivered via Bunny CDN for fast, low-latency playback worldwide. No app, no hardware, no installation required. Up and running in under 60 seconds.
What internet connection do I need?
A standard broadband connection is sufficient. The music streams at a comfortable bitrate via Bunny CDN's global network of servers, ensuring stable playback whether you are in New York, London, Tokyo or anywhere else.
The player is not working — what should I do?
First, make sure you are using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge). Some browsers block autoplay — click the play button manually. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. For business music support, contact rfm@xs-4.com.
